2. Description of Service

SliceBlaze is a digital platform that allows businesses to create online profiles, manage digital menus, generate WiFi QR codes, and connect with customers. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You may not create accounts using automated methods or for fraudulent purposes.

4. Business Listings

When you list your business on SliceBlaze, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • You have the right to list the business and publish the content.
  • You will not post false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to violate any laws.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform without our consent.
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals.
  • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The SliceBlaze platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SliceBlaze and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display and distribute it through our platform.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days if you have an issue.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SliceBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public listings will be removed from the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
